One of the biggest myths about growing older is that getting weaker is inevitable.
Aging does bring changes to our muscles, bones and balance but that doesn’t mean it can’t be worked on.
Research shows that strength training can
1. Build and maintain muscle mass
2. Improve balance and reduce risk of falls
3. Strengthen bones and support joints
4. Improve every day activities like going up the stairs and getting out of chairs
5. Improve confidence, energy and overall mood.
It’s absolutely never too late to start strength training. Aging is inevitable, weakness doesn’t have to be.
Let’s work together to maintain and improve your independence and mobility.

We put our bodies through a lot so we must fuel them right too.
Don’t expect PBs or weight loss transformations without first learning the correct way to fuel so that you avoid burnout and under fuelling. It might seem like a good idea at the time to eat in a massive deficit and train really hard for that holiday that’s coming up in 4 weeks but your body and mind will pay for it at some point.
The best transformations are those that are slow and steady. This creates long lasting habits and therefore lifelong results.

FOLLOW THE PLAN, NOT THE MOOD.
Or keep making excuses and ending up in the same position, the choice is yours 😉
