ā€˜Just had to show you this size 12 dress on me now after once being size 22 I feel amazing’ šŸ˜

Absolute music to my ears and wow what a transformation!!!

Here’s Sandra journey with us in full..ā¬‡ļø

ā€˜Over time I got more symptoms of diabetes, I started looking on-line for solutions and remedies, I spent weeks searching and this is where I found Phil with his diabetic reversal system; so,I contacted him he appeared to be very knowledgeable and confident that he could help me.

I became diabetic over 27 years ago, in the beginning I did not have any visible symptoms but over time my blood sugar readings became higher and higher and was not given any medical advice or support from my doctors, they just kept giving me more and more tablets.

Using this medication, I got more and more side effects such as high blood pressure and cholesterol which led me down a spiral for even more medication.

In the early days I did join a local gym to try and help myself but I did not know exactly how to and the coaches didn’t understand my issues. With all of these issues my confidence and well-being were severely affected and in the last year there has been a sharp decline in my overall health.

I decided to work with Phil because I believed what he was saying could help me and I decided to put my trust in him.

I took Phils advice over my nutrition and changed most of what I would normally have eaten to a high protein, low sugar diet. I also followed his many fitness classes and really appreciated the incremental steps he takes and the varied routines as he guided me in my fitness journey.

At the moment I have lost approximately ten kilograms, I have been taken off all of my diabetic medicines, I’m in the 5’s for my blood sugars and my fitness levels have improved dramatically.

before I started here I am (green dress pic)
and here to day (red dress. Pic)

Moving forward I intend to continue with the nutritional information that I got from Phil and also, I have joined a local Pilates class now that I feel more confident, fitter and able to do so.

I would highly recommend anyone suffering with diabetes to join this group as the information and techniques that you willreceive is invaluable for your physical and mental health moving forward.’

Hugely inspiring results

Massive congratulations sandra🄳🄳🄳

Everyone has highs and low's with their bloods sugars diabetic or not...but here's Why YOURS Won't regulate in the way the really should.

Let me tell you something most doctors won't:

Everyone's blood sugar rises when it gets stressed sometimes.

But not everyone develops diabetes.

So what's the difference?

It's not the blood sugar rise itself.

It's how your body RESPONDS to the stress.

Here's what's actually happening:

Your cortisol gets triggered.

Could be work.

Could be kids.
Could even be watching your favourite sports team.

(if you support spurs you will know what im talking about lol)

Your stress release system produces cortisol as sees it as a threat.

It flips into attack mode.

And the cycle locks in.

That's the loop.

Most people try to fix rise in blood sugars by managing symptoms.

they will take metformin, gliclazide or even insulin.
they will cut carbs and aim to eat less and less or to fast.
they will take on crazy levels of exercise to try to bring it down.

But here's the problem:

You're treating the blood sugar rise.
Not the reason that caused it in the first place.

Every time you focus ONLY on the bloods themselves
..
You miss the real issue that keeps the cortisol release going.

and therefore feel..

drained of energy.
constantly frustrated that your bloods wont remain stable
and hopeless that your making no progress whatsoever

because the cortisol is still there telling your body to stay on high alert.

That's why you can sleep 8 hours

And STILL feel shattered.

Still needing a sugar or carb pick me up.

Still seeing highs in the morning but lows in the afternoon

Because the ROOT cause is still there.

I break down exactly what's happening in a free masterclass.

Why Your diabetes Keeps Getting Worse (And How to Make It Stop)

Ever notice how the harder you try to fix your diabetes...

The worse it seems to get?

Here's why:

The moment your bloods rise and symptoms such as neuropathy flares up...

You do what you've been told.

you take more meds or insulin

you cut out the carbs.

you start eating like a rabbit.

But here's what's actually happening:

You're treating the symptoms.

Not the root cause.

And your body keeps sending the signal back.

Again and again.

Every time you react in this way...

You're reinforcing the exact pattern keeping you stuck.

That's the loop.

The good news?

Once you understand what's REALLY driving your diabetes, you can address it at the root.

I've helped 1000+ clients break free from this cycle.

Diabetics who were injecting 100s of units per day/ taking multiple tablets/ suffering with nephropathy, glaucoma and more

Now medication free, symptoms relieved, living a life of freedom from the dark diabetes cloud hanging over their heads for too long.

Why taking tablets and cutting carbs never Works Long-Term…

I'm sure you've heard it all before…

take these meds..

move more and eat less..

and cut out the carbs..

Sound familiar?

For a while, you may feel that was working.

the metformin controlled the bloods and stop them going to high..

I started watching the calories going in and out..

and I went completely keto with my diet..

Anything to get my bloods and HBA1C down for the next time I saw the nurse.

But here's what nobody tells you:

Taking medication isn't a solution.

It's like sticking a plaster on your problem!

It is only designed to manage your symptoms to stop regression, rather than see any progression

which is exactly what keeps you stuck.

Every time you see the bloods dont worsen while taking the meds...

You're teaching your body that this is something that's working and therefore can.work forever.

The blood sugar goes up.

You treat it like a threat.

Your body flips into protection mode.

The cycle continues.

That's why taking meds feels like it works in the moment...

But the blood sugars and perhaps early signs of neuropathy always comes back.

Worse.

More frequently.

The real solution?

start attacking the route cause directly (the things that made you diabetic in the first place..

that and only that is how you will ever see remission and progression (rather than slow decline)

I broke down exactly how this works in a free masterclass.

Diabetes is a horrible disease, it’s your time, how much are you going to waste living this way? šŸ¤”

Our time is the most precious thing we have.

Using it wisely is a must, as once it is gone, there is no way to get it back. But if you have been given a diabetes diagnosis you have the CHOICE to do something about it to buy yourself more time.

Not only more time, but better quality, healthier and happier times.Your current health diagnosis comes with lots of stresses and strains attached.

Your energy levels are at an all time low, your body aches and pains are becoming increasingly restrictive and your mental health is probably constantly stopping you from committing to too many things. On top of that you have the worry of needing to take daily tablets, check sugar levels and wonder how this will continue to impact your life long term.

But this doesn’t have to be the end of your story.By not ACTING on your current situation you are CHOOSING it.

But there can be a brighter future ahead, if you only choose to break the habit today!!

Studies show that that you are SIGNIFICANTLY more likely to change a bad habit by replacing it with something else - rather than eliminating the action all together.

For example, if you have become use to always having something sweet after you evening meal - you would be more likely to ā€˜correct’ this habit long term if you were alter it to eating something healthier post meal, rather than trying to stop eating anything at all.

This is because habits are created as a learned response to a certain situation, so for instance, in the example above, eating the sugary snack post meal would cause your brain to release dopamine, serotonin and ultimately glucose.

This is why you feel happy and satisfied after consuming these items.By stopping eating all together, your body/brain is aware than the dopamine and serotonin hit is missing which leaves you feeling flat and deflated.

This in the long run will leave you more likely to give into the habit to ā€˜correct’ this cycle in your minds eye. However if you were to REPLACE this habit with a healthy alternative - such as a post snack meal of low fat yogurt and strawberries - your brain will still be able to get its dopamine and serotonin hit while the glucose hit on your blood stream will be much less and therefore a MUCH better alternative to help manage your type 2 diabetes.

This as a result is much more SUSTAINABLE long term as a ā€˜healthy habit’ as your body and brain doesn’t feel deprived from your normal routine. It is for this exact reason that cutting out food groups and meal replacement diets won’t work long term!

My health and fitness plan allows you to replace your ā€˜bad’ habits with ā€˜healthy’ alternatives- which is why so many of my clients are able to shift their diagnosis in as little as 3 MONTHS and to keep it away long term (a whopping 98% of them!!).

Don’t you think it’s time to break your bad habit cycle?

if not for you, for the others around you who need you too.

ā€˜My results are in HBA1c 39! REMISSION ACHIEVED🄳🄳🄳🄳🄳

I wanted to share Adrian’s result today as he has just received the news that every diabetic wishes to hear..šŸ™‚ā¤ļø

But first have a look at his story so you can see it all as it unfoldedā€¦ā¬‡ļø

ā€˜I had been suffering with T2 diabetes for 2 years. Initially my AC1 was 111! I had tried to rid myself of this as soon as I could but had little guidance or knowledge and some information I’d find would conflict with other information.

Somehow I got my AC1 down into the mid 40s but the way I had done it was not really a sustainable way and inevitably my blood sugars began to rise.

I’d had enough! I’d had enough of taking medication that was only treating symptoms and I was also having issues with my lower back which I believe were side effects of the medication I was taking.

I had been put on a statin too and I desperately wanted to get off this. I had felt lethargic and not switched on for a while so I knew something needed to be done. I have an 8 year old son who I want to be around for as long as possible so he was my main motivation to do something.

I came across one of Phil’s social media posts. I watched the linked video and some of the testimonials and I decided to fill out the questionnaire and Phil came back promptly and we organised a meeting.

I knew I needed guidance, knowledge and some for of accountability to keep me on the right track and after speaking to Phil I felt confident that this would be given in the plan so I promptly signed up and I am so glad I did.

As part of the plan I was given access to a whole library of recipes and a meal plan which gave me confidence that I’d be eating correctly. I was also given access to hundreds of workouts which was great as at one point I had a small injury so I changed my exercise to something I could do around my circumstances.

Two other really valuable things I received were lots of information videos on nutrition and mindset training. It’s fine been told what to do be understanding why really does help. Previous to the plan I felt I was just fumbling around in the dark hoping what I was doing was correct. The other thing was the community - been able to garner advice, inspiration, support and encouragement from others.

When I started I weighted 12st 12lbs and had a AC1 of 52. In the 12 weeks of been on the programme I ve lost a stone and 9.5 inches from around my body. I ve stopped taking all medication and feel generally fitter, healthier and mentally sharper.

After what felt like an age for my results to land and they have eventually been posted on the NHS app.

My new Hba1c is 39!

having had this result after 2 months of not been on medication I am chuffed to bits.

Thank you to Phil and everyone here for the knowledge, motivation and encouragement to get me to this point.

For me it’s not the end it’s about cementing these results which I will!

The plan has helped me with nutrition and planned exercise which I have adopted into my new day to day life.

So I feel well equipped.

Over the last 12 weeks I have learnt so much.

The things I’ve learnt have become great habits and routines that I feel have set me up for an excellent lifestyle going forwards.

To anyone thinking of working with Phil I would say ā€œDO IT!!ā€ You need to be committed as your diabetes will not cure its self but if you follow the guidance, do the work and develop your knowledge using all the facilities provided you will become fitter, healthier and ultimately diabetes free.

It is a finacial investment yes but you can’t put a price on your health.

I am so glad I was given the opportunity to be a part of the programme.

Thank you Phil’

šŸ™‚ā¤ļøšŸ‘šŸŒŸšŸ„³

Another remission deservedly achieved!!!

I’m so thrilled for Adrian massive congratulations mate🄳🄳🄳

This "Funny" Diabetes Meme Actually Makes Me Angry

Did you see this meme going around?

"I'm sweet enough already… my blood sugar agrees šŸ°"

Everyone shares it.

Everyone laughs.

But it actually makes me furious.

Here's why:

We've normalized blood sugar rollercoasters.

We've turned diabetes into a punchline.

We act like pricking your finger 5 times a day is… cute?

Relatable?

Just part of being over 40?

No.

It's not normal.

And it's definitely not funny.

When you feel shaky and irritable between meals...

When you see your blood sugar spike no matter what you eat...

When "out of control" is your default setting...

That's not aging.

That's your body screaming that something is broken.

But instead of addressing the ROOT cause...

We slap a funny caption on it.

We bond over our blood sugar battles.

We act like seeing 10+ on your glucose monitor is just… life.

Here's the truth nobody wants to hear:

Diabetes isn't a personality trait.

It's chronic inflammation.

It's insulin receptor damage.

It's your inflammatory system stuck in defense mode.

And laughing about it while cutting out more carbs?

That's just masking the problem.

I break down what's REALLY happening (and how to fix it) in a free masterclass.
