Make your mental health a priority! 🧠
Mental health awareness week is a great chance for us to focus on what we can all do to have good mental health and wellbeing...
Things that can help keep your mind healthy and happy are:
✔️ Talking with family & friends
✔️ Keeping active
✔️ Spending time outdoors in the fresh air
✔️ Having 'tech free' time
✔️ Doing something you enjoy i.e reading a book
✔️ Trying to get enough hours sleep
Remember, it's just as important to keep your mind healthy as we do our bodies!

If you think you're ready to start some postnatal exercise, here's some signs that you should look out for, before you begin...
It's really important to remember that everyone will recover differently and at different times. Where some people feel they're good to go after 6 weeks, for others it can take months!
Cut yourself some slack & most importantly, give yourself permission to rest postpartum to allow a gradual return to physical activities...
