Iyengar Yoga Retreat
✨ I’m excited to announce that I’ll be hosting an Iyengar Yoga Retreat at Kaliyoga, near Granada, Spain, from 16th–23rd May 2027. 🧘‍♀️☀️
If you have experience with the Iyengar Yoga method and would like to join us on this special adventure in an amazing place, surrounded by the beautiful views of the Sierra Nevada, I’d love to hear from you. 🏔️💛
Please inbox me for more information or if you’d like to reserve a place.
I’d be delighted to share this wonderful experience with you! 🌿🙏

Akarna Dhanurasana (Shooting Bow Pose) . Seated pose tgat offers a wealth of benefit. It deeply stretches the hamstring and groins while strengthening knee, and ankle joints. But ⚠️ caution is paramount, not for everyone 🙏🧘

Trying yogi dandasana.

This is something a little different from what I normally do in my yoga practice, but it’s always rewarding to try new ways of approaching a posture and discover something different. 🧘‍♀️✨
⚠️ Because it places a lot of rotation and leverage through the hip and knee, it should not be forced. Keep the knee supported and work progressively, particularly if there is any history of hip, knee or lower-back problems.

A little of bit of Iyengar practice this morning with my sis and Valentina🧘‍♀️🙏🥰
