Our Fitness Class is opening up to the public!

Are you struggling to achieve your ideal body? our classes are an affordable alternative to our PT service in which we incorporate both cardio πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ and resistance training πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ to ensure you are burning calories inside and outside the gym πŸ”₯ All ages and abilities welcome with 2 experienced PT's on hand to aid and adapt exercises and create an enjoyable and effective exercise class each time :)
