Our Fitness Class is opening up to the public!
Are you struggling to achieve your ideal body? our classes are an affordable alternative to our PT service in which we incorporate both cardio πββοΈ and resistance training ποΈββοΈ to ensure you are burning calories inside and outside the gym π₯ All ages and abilities welcome with 2 experienced PT's on hand to aid and adapt exercises and create an enjoyable and effective exercise class each time :)
With the 8 week challenge coming into it's final week we are now able to open up our class to the public (y)

This is not your average boot camp, with no starvation diet involved our aim for this one is to re-educate you and cut through some of the common misbeliefs surrounding healthy eating and training for fat loss.
This course includes educational sessions followed by specific fat loss exercises, guidance from professionals in nutrition and exercise and will provide valuable lessons ensuring that weight stays off or continues to come off once the 8 week challenge is complete.
