Hi everyone, just a small update the outdoor novice champs are still being held at DCA, we have had an issue where out page is not being recommended for some reason so we have had to delete some of our old posts in the hope that this fixes the issue in the coming weeks!

Hi everyone a quick update both our january and march beginners courses are completely full now! thank you so much, we will likely be holding one towards the second half of next year so keep an eye out on here and our website for updates in regards to this!

Evening everyone just a quick update regarding beginners courses, our January beginners course is now fully booked! We have 3 places left for a spot in march so if you are interested please drop us an email asap!

Hi Everyone just to let you know we have 7 and only 7 spaces left for our famous boxing day shoot, if any members from clubs in the region and are interested in shooting please drop [email protected] an email for details! This will be a first come first served basis and entries will be closed on the 20th of december!

A small update we have a beginners course starting on January 31st, we have limited spaces left, if you would like a space on this course please email [email protected]! if any juniors want to attend please know they have to be over the age of 12! Any interest that we have which we cant accommodate we will likely run a beginners course on or around late march time ! if you want to get a space make sure to message us quickly!

Yesterday was our end of season fun outdoor shoot, archers had to try and shoot there next 252 distance if they wanted to try towards a badge if not, then they had to deal with a 15 point penalty, this was just a bit of fun and a laugh for the end of our outdoor season soon as some archers are off away on their jollybobs!!!

Congratulations to the medal winners! Hope you arnt too sunburnt!

In regards to the messages about beginners courses, we currently don’t have any dates set in stone but keep an eye on the page for any updates !!

Just a reminder that we have our Introduction to Coaching session today for those members interested in coaching. It will begin at 11am in one of the classrooms upstairs.

Introduction to Outdoors!

Since we shall be moving outdoors on Saturday 20th April, we will be running a development session introducing outdoor shooting.

This will be held on Saturday 13th April at 11am. Please meet in front of the containers on the field.

We will be covering:
- How to set up and take down the range
- Etiquette
- Finding lost arrows
- The 252 scheme

Providing the weather is ok, there may be a chance to shoot afterwards.
