The club is fortunate to have such supportive and empathic young people forging a path to positive mental health in sport!

Today, we’re excited to once again be delivering First Aid for Mental Health training to 8 senior swimmers at Durham City Aquatics.

It’s so important that our young people learn those vital skills to support their peers who might be struggling emotionally and/or psychologically. Kudos to this club for continuing to see the value in positive mental health!
