What I think of as life’s three big rocks.
Tick all three and life is good. But as is life it’s not always the case.
And nearly always the first to be ignored, ironically the most important, is health.
The years pass by and before you know it, you’re too heavy to sit on a zip wire with your kid.
Worse yet you feel uncomfortable in your clothes and your self-esteem went off for a siesta (5 years ago)
But why does this happen?
GUILT.
You feel guilty….
guilty for spending time on yourself,
guilty for leaving the kids and your family,
guilty for not spending more time on your business,
Your motivation sucks because all your attention is on other things, and never on you.
Something else always takes priority.
Yet every day you feel more self-conscious and more irritable with your rapidly declining health.

You have to be selfish to be selfless.

Welcoming back this dude, Franco Bourne Racer to the performance coaching scene.
Franco, a highly talented young Moto sport athlete, recently won the 2020 Honda British Talent Cup.
Basically he races a big ass super bike at ridiculous speeds around places like Silverstone & Donington Park
Yep, it’s a pretty big deal and such an amazing achievement at the fresh young age of 17.
I’ve coached Franco since he was 13/14 and its an honour to be part of his journey going into the next stage of his career.
He was recently interview on Chasin’ The Racin’ podcast with &
Franco tells of how he started off riding a peewee 50 (a very small motor bike) to becoming BTC champion… it’s inspiring.
