Thank you to Emel_UK for sending me this amazing gym set, I love the the design and T-Shirt and the shorts are just amazing. Definitely recommend getting some.
Also went with Catherine, she has improved so much in the gym and I am very proud of her for it. Can’t wait to see what she will achieve next 🏋️♂️

Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet it’s often overlooked. Families On Track 10K relay race supported by SG Petch & Nike 🏃♀️
Today we all took part in a new challenge which was this fantastic running event. Me, my sister Rebecca Potter & Cayden Cook were team DNF - Did Not Fitness 😂
We gave it our everything even in the rain. From 250m sprints to 750m. We may not have broken any records, but we definitely broke a sweat and had a blast doing it 💪

Huge shoutout to everyone who turned up especially our other team the flying tpott was such good vibes a huge challenge but - it was all heart, high-fives, and hilarity. (ps. Everyone was loving the fashion. - only live once)

I’ve been going to the gym consistently since September 2024. Its important to know that progress doesn’t happen overnight - but with patience, persistence, and hard work, the results will come.

Alone you can go fast, but with the right coach, you go far. I’m greatful to have Cayden Cook PT giving me that constant support 🏋️♀️
Today at PureGym Durham Arnison the session was all about chest day. I worked on incline dumbbell presses and gave the pec fly machine a try to really target the chest muscles. We did 8 reps at a time, focusing on form and control.
It was great learning more from Cayden about how to use the equipment properly and how to target specific muscles.
I’m still only just beginning this journey but I’m seeing progress - both physically and mentally. Definitely feeling stronger and more focused determined to stick at this 🩵
Next up… Cayden has planned for me the dreaded leg day. Stay tuned for some updates and some gym reels! 💪

Hello, my name is cayden i’m 17 & I’ve been training consistently at the gym for coming up a year now almost every day. I have a personal routine & I’ve decided to pursue a career in the industry.
In September I’ll be starting a Level 3 Personal Trainer course at college. In the meantime I’m looking to gain experience and begin building a portfolio by working with a few people & starting social media pages with help from Catherine editzz
I’m currently based at PureGym at the Arnison Centre. You would need either a day pass or a monthly membership to be able to join me in the gym!
My main availability is on Thursdays and Fridays when I’m not at college. I’m also happy to go during quieter times at the gym to help with confidence. The gym community is really supportive and friendly always.
