It’s so true that you never regret doing that workout - sometimes the weather, your mood, your energy levels make you want to stay at home, but when you arrive at an EPA class you’re in safe hands!

Laura leads each class with knowledge, humour and energy which makes exercising FUN! 🤩

Shereen!

Shereen Low is one our our day one members and I couldn’t be more grateful that she is on this amazing EPA journey with me! She always brings joy, fun, a big smile and lots of showbiz onto the dance floor 🤗

We’ve got so many routines under our belt since EPA began and it’s lovely to share so many happy memories with the lovely and talented Shereen. Here’s to many more to come!!

It was Dolly Day at Ballet Bums 🩰 this morning! Every song an absolute banger and every routine explained perfectly by Laura with technical knowledge, humour and metaphors galore!

Looking forward to sharing more about my first actual Ballet Bums experience - as the one who creates some of the social media content for EPA, I feel like I’ve been there for so much of the magic but today was the first time I actually was IRL! More to share about that soon 😉

We’re really excited to announce our Halloween Holiday Camps for 2026!

Little Stars ✨ (aged 3-6) can join us for a two-day holiday camp this year from 9am-12pm at Kingsdown Methodist Church in Ealing:
🎃 Day 1 (Thursday 29th October) - Wizard Waldo’s Marvellous Potion
🎃 Day 2 (Friday 30th October) - Wizard Waldo and Winnie the Witch’s Halloween Adventure!

Shooting Stars 💫 (aged 7-11) two-day holiday camp will fun from 9am-3pm and features two different themes, each one packed with Halloween fun, singing and dancing:
👻 Day 1 (Thursday 29th October) - The Halloween Factor
👻 Day 2 (Friday 30th October) - Curse of Kingsdown Manor

Each of the four camps can be booked as an individual day if preferred. Further details on all the camps will be available on our website when booking goes live on 18th September, or feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Don’t leave it too late if you’re interested in these camps as last year’s Halloween Camps were we were fully BOOOOOked!

Today was my birthday, and I spent it the best possible way…with puppets, bubbles, scarves, games, singing, dancing and being silly with four of the loveliest children ✨

Kingsdown Methodist Church proved to be such a fabulous venue at our EPA Summer School that when we needed a place to expand to for a second weekly class, there was no doubt in our minds it had to be here!

On Wednesdays, EPA takes over this fantastic rehearsal (and performance) space for Little Stars ✨ (aged 3-5) at 3.45pm and Shooting Stars 💫 (aged 6-10) at 4.45pm.

The happiest of birthdays with the danciest of dancers!

How lucky I am to have made so many wonderful ( and stagey 😂) friends on this EPA journey ☺️

I miss this party so much I’ve hired the same DJ and dance floor for our ‘See you on the dance floor’ event on Sunday 15th November - Save the Date!

- tapathon 1pm
- performances 1.15pm
- family disco 2-4pm
