Women’s Coaching Specialist & Studio Owner. Supporting you through every season. Hi, I'm Becky - Women's Coaching Specialist. You matter here.

I've created a studio where women can feel safe, supported and strong, through every season of life. Training during pregnancy, postnatal recovery to building strength in perimenopause and beyond, my mission is to help you reconnect with your body and move with confidence. Located at Clifton Moor, my studio offers expert-led classes, specialist coaching and a warm, welcoming community.

“I trust you”

Words I don’t take lightly.

It’s my job to help you feel safe.

Safe in the studio.

Safe during your sessions.

Safe with your programme.

Safe in your body.

Because my role isn’t just to give you a good workout.

It’s to help you build confidence in yourself.

To know what you’re capable of.

To trust your body.

And to feel supported every step of the way.

COACHING OPPORTUNITY

I’m looking for a coach to join me.

This is a part-time coaching role leading some of our Women’s Strength sessions and potentially a small number of circuit classes.

The studio supports women through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and beyond, so I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping women build confidence, strength and trust in their bodies.

You don’t need to know everything about women’s health already, but you do need to be warm, professional and excited to learn.

Most importantly, you’ll care about creating an environment where women feel welcome, supported and capable.

I created Foundations because so many women feel unsure where to start postpartum.

This course is designed to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild strength gradually, and feel supported while doing it.

No pressure.
No judgement.
No expectation to be “back to normal”.

Just guidance, education and progressive strength training in a supportive environment.

Starts Monday 1st June.

Drop me a DM for more info.

Today I congratulated one of my clients for completing the London Marathon, just 10 months postpartum.
I’m in awe.

But I also want to say this -

If your current achievement is getting out of the house with your baby…
I see you.
I was you.

It took me 6 months to feel like I could do anything beyond that.

Your journey is your own.
It’s not something that needs comparing.

And if you’re feeling like you should be doing more…
you don’t have to carry that here.

You’re allowed to be exactly where you are. 🫶🏻

You’re not meant to just ‘get through’ postnatal exercise.

I often see women jump straight back into busy classes.
Wanting to feel like themselves again.
Wanting to move, sweat, and do something for themselves.

And in the moment, it can feel really good.

But sometimes…
There’s a sense that something doesn’t feel quite right.
A bit of pressure.
A lack of control.
A feeling of just going along with it.

And that can get ignored.

Not because anyone’s doing anything wrong -
but because there isn’t always the space to notice it.

That’s the difference here.

This isn’t about getting through a workout.
It’s about understanding your body again.

Rebuilding strength.
Learning how to manage pressure.
Moving in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

It might feel slower.
Less intense.

But it’s intentional.

Because how you move now matters for how your body feels long term.

Those early days can feel heavy.
A baby who only settles on you.
Feeds blur into each other.
Leaving the house can feel like a mission.

So instead of asking you to come to me -
I’m bringing this to you.

Support, strength, and space to rebuild…
in your own home,
in your own time,
with no pressure.

If you’d like to know more, or want to be contacted when it goes live, drop me a DM.

Pilot launching soon - limited spaces, discounted price.

Consistency with training isn’t
‘Never miss a session’.

Some weeks go to plan.
Some weeks are a case of do what you can.
And some weeks I skip completely.

I’m training for the rest of my life.
So it has to fit into my life, in a way that feels enjoyable and doable.

That’s consistency too.

With summer coming up, you’ll start seeing a lot of fat loss messaging.

And I want to be really clear about who I am as a coach.

I do not offer fat loss advice or meal plans.

Looking at some of these photos, you might assume I’d be the perfect person to help with those goals.

The truth is, that version of me was very lean, but not healthy.

That experience taught me a lot. And whilst I’m in a better place now, I’m still unpicking.

Because of that, I honestly believe it would be irresponsible of me to offer that kind of support.

You deserve quality support.
You deserve professional support.

So I stay firmly in my lane.

I support women through all seasons of life to move with confidence, build strength, and feel safe in their bodies.

If you’re looking for fat loss support or nutritional advice, I will always refer you to the right professional.

Because good coaching isn’t about selling everything.
It’s about knowing where your expertise begins and ends.

The high impact, high intensity workouts you love aren’t harmful to your baby, but could have an impact on you.

It’s so reassuring to hear that babies are safe in there during your prenatal training, but you matter, too.

As your baby grows, so does the demand on your pelvic floor & core system.
Then throw in high impact, high intensity training, mixed with fatigue - form can break down and pressure through that core system may not be managed well.

There are ongoing studies to better understand how this kind of training affects our bodies beyond pregnancy, but there is no doubt that ineffectively managing pressure (pregnant or not) can negatively impact the pelvic floor.

The take away - allow yourself to slow down; to move more mindfully & with intention.
Stepping back now is supporting your future self.
