Welcome to the Easingwold Couch 2 5K page! For those who are interested in finding out more about the Group and/or wish to take part.
A FREE 8 week supported programme for those who are new to running and led by qualifed Leaders in Running Fitness. Meeting at Millfield Park car park, Easingwold on Saturday morning at 10am. Big Day tomorrow for the Couch to 5k group who have completed their course and will join us for parkrun tomorrow!
The 8 weeks seems to have gone quickly since 6th January and we wish them all well tomorrow.
Shout out to the Easingwold Running Club Coaches, leaders and helpers who have organised and delivered the training each week - great job!
Claire is RD tomorrow and with her team is looking forward to welcoming you all. There will be Cowbells....
