Urban Combat East Bergholt Welcome to the Blackwell Academy East Bergholt! We have classes for all ages, abilities and fitness levels from 3 years to Adults.

Friendly Martial Arts classes catering for all ages and fitness levels held:

Tuesdays
18:00 - 19:00 Family Kickboxing (7 yrs to Adult)
19:00 - 20:00 Family Karate (5 yrs to Adult)

Sundays
09:30 - 10:00 Little Dragons (3-5 yrs)
09:30 - 10:30 Family Karate (5 yrs to Adult)
09:30 - 10:30 Family Kickboxing (7 yrs to Adult)

10:30 - 11:30 NEW Krav Maga Self Defence
Class (16 years and over only)

It was brilliant to see so many students of different ages and grades training together, learning, challenging themselves and developing their skills.
