Children will not get everything right first time, and that is important.
Training gives them the chance to make mistakes, learn from them, and keep improving without giving up. Over time, that mindset helps build resilience that can support them in school, sports, and everyday life.

Every session teaches something different.
Sometimes it is balance and coordination. Other times it is resilience, patience, or learning how to stay calm under pressure. That is why training can have such a positive impact on young people over time.
The lessons often go far beyond the mats.

📢 Parents – Your Child Can Join Our Demonstration!
Our demonstration will take place at 1:20pm, and your child is welcome to take part!
Master H and the team will be there from 1:00pm, so please bring your child along in good time if they would like to participate.
We will have several of our Black Belt team members performing, but all Fortitude Taekwon-Do students are invited to join in, regardless of grade.
👊 Please ensure your child wears their dobok or brings it with them to the fair so they can get changed before the demonstration.
All participants will be supervised by Master H.
We look forward to seeing your child there and putting on a fantastic display!

Discipline is not about being strict. It is about helping children stay focused, listen carefully, and keep trying when something feels difficult.
Those habits can make a huge difference as they grow.
