Hashing - The fun way to stay fit!! Hashing is great fun and non-competitive, come and try it. There is no membership, it is a 'pay as you go' activity.

Just turn up 10 mins before the run, say hello and join the pack of runners and walkers. Pay £1 subs after the run and stay for a drink and chat in the pub. It's that simple! We run (and walk) on the 2nd and 4th Sunday mornings (and 5th if there is one) in the winter, and every Monday night in the summer.
