What a night I had coaching tonight 👊

Classes from ASN, ninjas right through to adults and everything in between, I thoroughly enjoyed it 🙌

Was great to cover some of Jordan’s session when he’s away to the championships in America with some of the gang 🥊

Kyle puts on a clinical performance to secure the win, with his opponent retiring in the corner after the second round.

Class work from Kyle, showcasing his talent and all the hard work he’s been putting in over the past few months. The improvements have been clear to see, and it’s fantastic to see that hard work paying off when it matters most! 👏

What an amazing experience I’ve had over the past week! 🥊🇦🇪

Travelling over to Rivals Gym in Dubai to share my experiences, knowledge and philosophies on coaching, while helping to develop the coaching team over here, has been an incredible opportunity.

A massive thank you to Sam and Scott for having the trust and belief in me to send me over here. I’m forever grateful to both of them for putting me in the position I’m in today and allowing me to play a part in growing and developing Rivals Gym as a whole.

Who would’ve thought all those years ago, when I first walked through the doors of our very first gym in Newmains, that we’d be where we are today?

This week has been truly eye-opening and has given me a real appreciation of just how far Rivals Gym has come over the years. From that first gym in Newmains to now having a Rivals Gym in Dubai, it’s some journey!

I’m looking forward to getting back home with loads of ideas, knowledge and experience to bring back and share with the team in Scotland, and to continue our own growth and development together.

Massive thanks to everyone over here for making me feel so welcome. It’s been an absolute pleasure.

I’ll see everyone when I’m back in the gym! 🥊💙
