My Day 1s (OGs) 🥰
A few years ago, these 3 ladies walked into my class. They trusted my vision, trusted the process — and I think the photos speak for themselves! 🥹❤️
Along the way, we’ve had laughs, cries, spewing, swearing 😂 and everything in between… but most importantly, we’ve built friendships and a support system that will last a lifetime. 🫶
When other people say “you’ve changed”, you need those people beside you who are cheering you on, reminding you why you started and pushing you to keep going.
They all share the same vision — to better themselves, better their lives and become the fittest, healthiest and strongest version of themselves for their families. ❤️
