Guys I need to ask a little favour! 🙏🏻🪸

I am looking for some of my lovely peeps to come along to Belhaven Beach at 6pm on Monday 21 Sept for a Beach Yoga Class. 🏝️

There will some filming/photography happening, so by coming along you are consenting to your image being used on social media and possibly elsewhere 🎥🤩

It will be an almost-normal Beach Yoga class, we will meet at the bridge at 6pm then walk out to the beach together as normal 🦀

This class is completely FREE to attend and as a little thank you, everyone who comes along will receive a Yoga Den scented candle 🕯️

To help me keep track of numbers, I will add this fun little beach session to the schedule, so please book a (free) space if you are planning to come along 🐚

Many of you will know the brilliant and beautiful teacher Aimée from Wild Tide Yoga - an absolute shining light in the yoga community in East Lothian.

Aimée has been received a diagnosis of stage 4 cancer, and is approaching this life-changing news with incredible positivity, hope and courage.

She has launched a Just Giving page today to help to fund her ongoing treatment and to access life-saving treatment abroad.
