✨ A little winter magic, floating on water… ✨

Join us for a very special Winter Solstice Floating Sound Bath with Yin and Sonic.

As the year draws to a close, take some time just for you. An evening to slow down, switch off and enjoy a deeply relaxing experience in the warmth of our beautiful pool.

We’ll begin with a warming ceremonial cacao before you settle onto your floating bed, surrounded by soothing sounds, gentle vibrations and soft candlelight. 🌙

No experience needed. Just come as you are, get comfortable and let yourself drift away.

We had our partners visiting us in the swim lab this morning to record a case study about how we’re using their software to capture and play back feeds from our above and underwater cameras. Triathlete Carla has spent a bit more time on the bike than in the pool, so Nicola was able to give her some pointers to help with focussed training for the swim - and hopefully shave a bit more time off in her future races 🤘

Delighted to welcome promising junior swimmer Sean Edmondson from to the Swim Lab for a stroke analysis session with Alex this morning.

Sean and his dad were impressed with the new perspective on Sean’s stroke and went away with some great areas for Sean to work on in his club training sessions. Thanks for coming Sean and David!

Schools, like parents, should be prioritising this important life skill.

It’s a shame it has taken global warming and the tragic loss of too many young lives in water this summer to get people talking about this again. 😢
