This week I had the joy of covering your Tuesday morning Body Blitz class at Club Energy Retford 😁 My pleasure, possibly your pain…. 🔥 🤣

Here’s the workout from class ➡️ in case any participants loved it THAT much! Or in case you’d like to know what we did 💪🏻

We did 3 rounds on each tri-set
Round 1 - 60 secs
Round 2 - 50 secs
Round 3 - 40 secs
With the same amount of seconds being allowed for rest after the 3rd exercise 👌🏻

As well as being a full body workout, this routine also incorporates some great exercises that challenge & build core strength - without having to get up and down off the floor, which I think is always a win 😁 Time AND energy efficient right??! 😜

You’ll have Hannah Curry PT back next week don’t worry folks 🫶🏻😂
