Wednesday night, Teens and Adults training at Norton Knatchbull School.

A great atmosphere as always!

We have families training together, teenagers, adults of all decades.

We have brand new beginners, all through the grades to Black Belts.

We have girls, boys, men and women.

We have people with bad ankles, with bad knees, with forgetful brains, with a tonne of energy to burn, people who are tired from school and work. We can work around it all!

We have a dojo where everyone belongs and works at their pace and gets better with every class.

This class epitomises who we are and what we do.

Want to train in a family friendly, supportive space, where you learn skills, get stronger and feel the success of achievement?? Come on in!
