So today is my last day of my 30 day shred and I am down to 13-0 that's a loss of 12lb since the 1st January ... not to bad considering in this time I was on steroids for a week due to an allergic reaction.. then finished of with testing positive for covid last Friday # # # very excited to see what my results will be over the next 30 days ... bring it on ... beach body here I come xx lol 😆
