Had such a peaceful time finishing planning for my yoga class happening tomorrow. Spot the sleeping dog in the picture π I don't often post here but I'm still teaching monthly, 2 hour long sessions on the first Sunday of the month 10-12 at Old Town Community Library.
This month we're honing in on using our senses to fully experience and enjoy our yoga practice and also to bring focus for the mind, help us stay present. We're finishing with some delicious almond butter stuffed medjool dates coated with dark chocolate and sprinkled with seasalt. Soooo delicious π space still if you want to join us. X

Hello all! π just a reminder about yoga next Sunday 12th 10-12. I feel like a winter tree atm, a bit bare, tired, in need of rest!! And it reminded me that however you're feeling as we enter the new year, YOU ARE WELCOME in the space we create together- whether you're full of excitement for the year ahead, sad, tired, joyous- you are welcome. In the words of Nirvana π
'Come as you are'. I think that will be our theme.
I'm yet to plan our movement but we will take our time with some breathwork, practice vipassana (noticing sensations, activity etc in the body and mind without judgement) and will share in parsnip soup and homemade bread both made by some of our lovely group.β€
PM me if you would like to join us

Yoga and wellbeing gathering this Sunday 8th 10am focused around the theme of letting go and making space, drawing inspiration from nature as we move into autumn, finishing with some delicious seed filled biscuits to share over a cuppa π Get in touch if you would like further details. Xx

A poem came to me as I walked through the shady side of the park on my way home... I'm sure I'm not alone in my experience of the weather or life π

βI am so afraid of disappointing the people I love, I often forget that I am someone I love too. And I need kindness just as much as I believe the people I love do.β
