The Summer holidays are over and the coffee mornings season is here. Come and see us at Meads every Friday, 10.00 a.m. to 12 noon,

Come and watch our friends The Rolling Seas Ukulele Band at their “Ukefest” At Leaf Hall, Seaside, Eastbourne on Sunday. Free admission, lots of music, should be a great afternoon.

Two busy sessions at St John’s Parish Hall, Mead, last week and today! Solving those niggling little problems with a friendly supportive volunteer, drinking coffee, chatting and going home happy. Come and join us next week!

If you’re too busy to come and see us on Fridays at Meads, then pop along to our Wednesday sessions at Leaf Hall. Same friendly volunteers, same welcoming environment, same free refreshments, same one-to-one support.

Did your parents or grandparents get a new tablet, laptop or smartphone for Christmas? Do they need some support? Send them to us and we will help them get to grips with their new technology! Working with the over 50’s is our specialty. Friendly volunteer helpers, welcoming environment, free refreshments included.
