What is it that makes people so much stronger together?

A collective. A tribe. A community. 🌊❤️

It’s strength in numbers, peer motivation, a healthy dose of FOMO… because nobody wants to be the one left behind watching everyone else have fun! 🤣

And obviously dding a very funny 🫣, slightly unhinged 😜and captivating coach into the mix — you’ve got yourself a little swimming army. 🤣🤣🤣

Together we push, we encourage, we laugh, we suffer… and occasionally question why we agreed to this in the first place! 🩵🌊

Each one has its own special job but collectively when you get outside and do something for yourself, treat yourself, exercise, make connections you are 💯 percent heading in the right direction for both your mental and physical well-being.

Full Moon Spring incoming High Tide X Easterly gentle wind.

It was pushing fast.

25 minutes to Swim 600m into it …10 minutes to Swim the same distance with it 🩵🩵🩵

And off they trot… or should I say “swim”… into the distance together, completely abandoning the carefully planned session because apparently being married means you now have to swim within 3 metres of each other at all times. 😂

Meanwhile, the rest of us are left swimming the actual plan like the single, abandoned children of the sea. 🌊🤣

Honestly… get a room. Preferably one with a pool. 😏
