My dad's old axle stands, still putting in a shift, whilst working on the El Camino this week, decades on from when he brought them home.
I'm sure he thought they'd look after me long after he's gone 😍
The little Ford badge on the diff cover is a nod to him too. Growing up as a kid, he'd often bring home cool badges and stickers for me that he'd collected from his job at Ford Motor Company.

After consultations with some of the UKs leading specialists, Red Mullet's poorly Turbo 400 is off to see his chosen transmission doctor. 🏥

Fuel cell mounted today in the back of Red Mullet 🐟. Even installed a sender to help stop us guessing levels during Street Weekend. Just waiting on some braided lines, so we can ditch the original tank.

Nankang Tyre UK now offering affordable tyres, in sizes associated with the custom and American vehicle market, including 275/60/15, 295/50/15, 315/60/15 and 325/50/15 to mention just a few.
Nankang are currently involved with UK motorsport on many levels, they may also be interested in bolstering this by getting involved with the sport of drag racing.
As a result, I'm looking forward to working with their motorsport associated road/track radial tyres over the coming season, see if together we can get some consistent 60ft times from the entry level small block, street/strip El Camino.
Both positive and negative results will be shared with the manufacturer and anyone else who may be interested.
