Countdown 22h 15min left to travel to Crakov, Poland where TKFGB Team will participating in the World Championships and World Children Cup.

Another test completed with good achievement. And I am pleased to say that I got it Two medals:

Silver in Kata (dan grades) and Bronze in Kumite (dan grades).

Now repeat this success at World Championships in Traditional Karate and European Championships of Karate Fudokan in next 2 weeks. Both events will take place in Crakov, Poland
