We’re on the hunt for an E-Commerce & Retail Operations Specialist to join our team full-time!

With the majority of our business generated online alongside a busy retail store, we need a sharp, process-driven individual to keep our order dispatch seamless and our customers happy.

The Details:

Role: Full-Time (5 days per week across shop hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:30pm, Sat 9:00am–5:00pm)

Salary: £25,350 – £28,275 per annum (higher available for an exceptional candidate)

Location: Eastbourne

Mechanical skills required? None! Our workshop is fully staffed.

What you’ll be doing:

Processing e-commerce orders accurately and quickly

Answering customer emails and telephone enquiries

Booking in deliveries, packing shipments, and assisting on the shop floor

What we’re looking for:

Meticulous attention to detail and strong computer skills

Clear, professional communication skills

A reliable, enthusiastic team player
