It's Regional Tournament day!
Let's go girls...you've worked so hard for this. We are all so proud of you. This is an amazing step in our collaboration journey ⭐

Regional entry tournament preparation is well underway for our under 16s…..💜🧡

With the Girls training on the All Stars programme since September, and with that programme being cranked up a notch with there being a five hour sessions every Sunday in May, the progress is unreal.

each week we have welcomed a regional side for Tour style match pay practice, first it was MSN, then it was stars and yesterday we welcomed Woodside.

Yesterday’s session was another huge step forward for our U16 squad. 🔥

The intensity, power and work rate from this group was relentless from start to finish. Every player continues to push themselves physically and mentally, turning up week after week ready to compete, learn and improve.

Watching the speed through the agility work, the sharp ball handling, the competitiveness within games and the trust developing between the girls is incredibly exciting. The tactical understanding and connections across the court are growing every single session, and the progress being made is there for everyone to see. So proud of this group 💪🏼

What makes the All Stars Netball Club project so unique is that this isn’t about one club building one team. This is a collaboration of players from different clubs across the area coming together to create the strongest possible regional pathway environment.

The passion, commitment and desire within this group is something special, and we are incredibly proud of how far they’ve already come together. 💫

We are also now developing players from Year 6 upwards, helping prepare the next generation for future opportunities within the pathway ahead of next season 🏐

5 hours of intensive training. Elite coaching. Squad development ahead of Regional Entry Competition in 2026.

FOR REGISTERED ATHLETES:

This is where we take everything we’ve built since October and level it up. December is about refining tactics, building chemistry, and solidifying squad roles before we hit the competition phase.
