Quite possibly the scariest thing I've done and biggest rush of emotions ever! Would I do it again? Hell yeah 😎 I think 😂

Getting out of your comfort zone, taking a leap (for me literally) and living the one life you have!

A lovely hike this morning with my daughter (in the midst of exams) to reset mindset and boost energy levels. It was also a reminder that some of the best moments in life happen away from screens, noise and busy schedules!

Fresh air, good conversation, tired legs and shared memories being made one step at a time.

Movement doesn't have to be complicated to be powerful. Showing our children the value of movement, resilience, nature and taking time to appreciate the world around us.

Fitness isn't just about building stronger bodies. It's about building stronger relationships and stronger minds.

Get outside. Move more. Make memories!

Outdoor First Aid Qualification: renewed ✅🌳

As someone who spends lots of time coaching outdoors, this one always feels personal. I care deeply about the people I train, and making sure I’m fully prepared to support you—whatever the situation—is something I take seriously.

Refreshing these skills is a great reminder that strong sessions aren’t just about performance, they’re about safety and trust. I'm proud to keep learning and staying ready, so we can continue building confidence together.

First event of 2026, Wi******er Trail Half. Huge well done to everyone that took part, given the mud and hills! And to the organisers - a brilliant, organised event

Training for events is the hard work. The discipline when no-one's watching, perhaps the early mornings, the missed comforts, the training session that didn't go to plan - that's the real work. The event? That's just the finish line - it's the celebration, not the transformation.

Results don't come easy - they're earned in the grind and the consistency. Keep showing up, keep challenging yourself and fall in love with the process.
