The Wellnest is a smaller studio and I will never be able to compete with the bigger studios, but sometimes that can be a great thing. 💖

At The Wellnest, you’ll never feel like just another face in the room. Our small class sizes mean more individual support, personalised coaching and an instructor who genuinely gets to know you, your body and your goals.

It’s a space free from judgement and intimidation, where movement is about feeling stronger, healthier and more confident.

✨Float Away Sunday ✨ 9th August 2pm-7:30pm

An afternoon designed to help you completely switch off.

We’ll begin with a grounding yoga flow by the lake, enjoy a nourishing lunch, unwind in the spa… and finish with a truly unique floating sound bath experience.

As you gently float on an airbed on the pool at THE OAKS - 𝘎𝘰𝘭𝘧 𝘊𝘭𝘶𝘣 & 𝘚𝘱𝘢, you’ll be guided through soothing sound vibrations by sacred_self_by_claire_ designed to calm the nervous system, release tension and restore balance. It’s an experience on another level.

The perfect way to reset and step into spring feeling lighter, clearer and renewed 🌿
