Are you being as consistent as you think? đ
You might feel like youâre being super strict with your diet, yet seeing little or no progress. đ
But consistency doesnât mean being perfect. â
If you eat letâs say 4 times a day, then being consistent 80% of the time gives you 22 meals on track every week.
Whilst still leaving plenty of room to enjoy the foods you love for the other 20% of the time. đ
One bad meal doesnât have to ruin your whole week.
The key? Enjoy the meal. Move on. Make your next meal choice a good one. đœïž
Master that, and youâre golden. đ€
If this helped, give it a share - it might help someone else whoâs struggling with consistency. đđ»

If youâre stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset, this is your reminder:
Perfection doesnât drive progress - consistency does.
I used to think everything had to be planned perfectly before I could start. If I missed a session or fell short of a goal, I felt like Iâd failed.
Now I focus on one thingâŠShowing up!
You wonât always feel your best. You wonât PB every session. But if you keep turning up, stay accountable, and build solid habits, youâll make far more progress than chasing perfection ever will.
Done will always beat perfect. đȘ

One âbadâ off-plan meal isnât going to make you fat...
Just like one salad isnât going to make you lose weight.
Yet so many people treat nutrition like an all-or-nothing game.
They have one takeaway, a few drinks, or a meal out and convince themselves theyâve ruined all their progress. Then they spiral into a weekend of poor choices because they think the damage is already done.
The reality? đ
Your body doesnât respond to one meal. It responds to patterns.
The results you achieve are a reflection of what you consistently do over weeks, months, and yearsânot what you do occasionally.
If 80% of your nutrition is aligned with your goals, a meal out with friends, a birthday celebration, or a takeaway on a Friday night isnât whatâs holding you back.
Likewise, eating one healthy meal doesnât suddenly undo weeks of overeating. â
Focus less on being perfect and more on being consistent. â
Because consistency beats perfection every single time.
Thatâs where real results come from. đ„
