We’re hiring a Construction Tutor 🛠️ to deliver real, hands-on skills that help young people move forward.

We’re opening a brand-new vocational centre in South Wales and looking for someone to help build it from day one.

This role focuses on hands-on construction training for young people who learn best outside a traditional classroom. You’ll be supporting learners to build practical skills, confidence, and clear pathways into work, apprenticeships, or further education.

You’ll also play a key part in shaping how the centre runs - from how sessions are delivered to the overall learning experience.

What we’re looking for:
• Level 3 qualification in a construction trade (or similar)
• Teaching qualification (or willing to work towards)
• Strong hands-on construction experience
• Confident working with young people
• Full UK driving licence

📍 South Wales
💼 Full-time | Permanent
💰 £35,000 – £42,000 (DOE)
