So the overall winner perpetual trophy 🏆 is now changing.
From this year there will be a male and female winner trophey

Course clearing is going well thanks to some amazing volunteers, and here is a sneak peak at this years prizes.

Categories are U23-V70, there will also be team prizes this year for 1st male and female team, 3 to score.

Great local trail race, in the picture perfect village of Trefil, a few weeks before Y Domen Fawr, course was created by yours truly 😊⛰️ And for those of you lovely people who have raced Y Domen and Cwm nant-y-groes know, I try and include as much type 1 fun as possible in a short distance.

This is a fast trail 10k, will be fully marked and perfect for beginners.

With views of both the beacons and black mountains, the route goes past Aneurin Bevans stone and Chartist caves.
