We’ve recently seen a post regarding Catty Precision, and we’d like to take a moment to clear a few things up.

Over the past few weeks, delivery companies have unfortunately been much slower than usual. As we don’t operate the delivery services ourselves, this is outside of our control. However, we’ve now upgraded to a 24-hour delivery service and will monitor how this improves things from our side.

All orders placed between Monday and Friday are dispatched the same or next day—our processing has always been completed on time. We want to reassure everyone that we have never misled or taken advantage of any customers. Our reputation is important to us, and we wouldn’t be where we are today otherwise. If there is ever an issue, we always offer a replacement or a refund.

We also want to address a recent situation: a few weeks ago, someone contacted FedEx pretending to be us, cancelled our shipments, and requested collections—even though orders had already been dispatched. This resulted in a serious security breach with FedEx, which is currently under investigation. Because of this, we have temporarily paused sending tracking details until the issue is resolved, as a precaution.

Please be assured that we are still fully operational and your money is completely safe with us. We also offer local pickup or free delivery for customers in the area.

Important Shipping Update – FedEx Collections

We’d like to make customers aware of an issue we experienced today with our FedEx collections.

Unfortunately, following the unauthorised actions of an individual, a false FedEx collection was scheduled without our knowledge or consent, despite the fact that their parcel had already been successfully collected by FedEx prior to this request being made.

Because this collection was not arranged by us, the correct number of parcels and declared shipment weights were not supplied, which resulted in FedEx refusing to collect any parcels today.

As a result, no FedEx collections took place, causing delays to some customer orders, for which we sincerely apologise. This situation was entirely out of our control, but we understand the inconvenience it may cause.

➡️ Any customers affected who paid for a next-day delivery service will automatically receive a refund of the shipping cost.

Important Change Going Forward – FedEx Deliveries
To prevent any future issues of this nature:

• FedEx tracking information will no longer be sent via email
• Customers will instead receive a direct SMS from FedEx confirming the delivery date and an estimated delivery time slot

This change improves security and ensures collections and deliveries remain fully controlled and accurate.
