They say never look backwards but I feel you have to look back to move forward. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

From a coaches point of view, that means analyse the past to get a plan of how to move forward. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This photo is taken from the cycle gym studios which I started, grew and built into a business. Unfortunately other areas of my life took over and the gyms are no more. However, I take great inspiration from these photos because it reminds me of the journeys my clients have taken. Some came in thinking they would never achieve much, but have gone on to some@of the toughest sporting events in the world. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Your stories motivate me to use fitness as a main part of my life. We are on route to Tynemouth to start the challenge tomorrow morning. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
200 miles coast to coast. Two countries, 1 goal! Finish in time to see the sun set on the other side of the country. Oh did I mention there was 3,000m of climbing in all of that?! Toughest one yet...? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
