Lat pulldown (overhand grip) – 12 reps
Single-arm pulldown (underhand grip) – 12 reps
Standing pulldown (hammer grip) – 12 reps
Cable crossovers – 12 reps
Seated cable row (close grip) – 12 reps
T-bar row – 12 reps
