Welcome to my passion. I’m so excited to share my thoughts and experience working with both the voice and yoga. As I start to share more on this topic I invite you to play along, try out some of the exercises and explore your voice. It’s a great way to release stress, learn some new skills and take hold of the power behind your breath and your voice.

My three legged dog and I have quite the exciting journey ahead!
I’m super happy to be heading back to Canada to teach Yoga AND Vocals at which is a white water rafting, yoga and glamping resort centre. For those who know me personally, you know this is a perfect fit for me… it’s almost comical.
I’ve decided to dive into my “niche” if you will, using Yoga (asanas and pranayama) or movement and breath work if you will to help strengthen the voice. These practices are aimed to help public speakers, performers, coaches, fitness instructors, and.. really anyone who what’s strengthen their voice, gain confidence and express themselves with a holistic vocal wellness technique.

I Had the amazing opportunity to work with the talented . As you’ll see in the next few posts, she not only captured some beautiful shots but also the raw feeling.
In class we go through a progression. Some asanas feel amazing and natural, and some feel like you’re walking for the first time again. That space of unfamiliarity is where you grow. Take a chance today, be vulnerable.
