ION DANCE

hey guys 💫

I’m so excited to finally introduce ION DANCE🪩

this is something I’ve been working on in the background for a wee while now.

as of…(dates dropping soon👀) I will be running weekly dance classes where everyone is welcome!

a little about me…(the boring bit)
�I’ve got a First Class Honours degree in Dance and trained professionally at Shockout Arts in Manchester.

I’ve been lucky enough to perform with artists such as RAYE, Becky Hill, Jax Jones, Annie Mac, B*Witched, Aya Bleu, and Tom Aspaul.
�I’ve performed for The Voice UK judges performance, 2022 Commonwealth Games, Comic Relief and worked on Free Your Mind with Danny Boyle & Kenrick Sandy, and even danced in adverts with Mohamed Salah… just to name a few 🫶

but ION DANCE isn’t about credits.

it’s about creating fun, safe, enjoyable classes where it doesn’t matter if you’re the “best” dancer in the room.

it’s about community.�lifting each other up.�moving your body because it feels good.

movement is healing.
the benefits are endless.�so instead of worrying about getting every step right…�think about leaving class feeling 1% better than when you walked in.

that’s the goal. always.🌟

everyone deserves to feel the benefits of movement - no matter your age, experience or circumstances.

ION DANCE will soon be accessible to every age and every level- because dance isn’t about perfection, it’s about a feeling.

and I only ever want you to leave feeling good… or at least a wee bit ‘more good’.
