NEW FREE COOKING WORKSHOP On 1st October- link in bio and www.artandspirituality.co.uk
Join us for a warm, hands-on late morning of cooking, sharing, and connection, inspired by the old folk tale of Stone Soup, where a handful of strangers, each bringing a little of what they have, come together to make something nourishing for everyone.
We'll start by getting to know one another, then roll up our sleeves for some communal food prep: chopping, peeling, and building a big pot of vegetable soup together, using whatever good ingredients we've each brought to share. While the soup simmers, we'll turn to the griddle to make traditional scones from scratch, choosing our own flavours and fillings along the way, from cheese and caramelised leek to chocolate chip and apple.
No cooking experience needed — just come as you are, ready to chat, chop, and share a table. We'll finish by sitting down together over tea, coffee, and the food we've made, with time to reflect on what we've learned and what we'd like to cook next.
Move your body 🧘♀️ sometimes it's all you need!

It's ok if you are just discovering what that is now. It's never too late to learn.

1st November FREE PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP FOR BEGINNERS link in bio and www.artandspirituality.co.uk
Ever wished you could take photos that actually look the way the moment felt? This workshop is for you, no fancy camera needed, just bring whatever you shoot with (yes, your phone counts!).
What we'll cover:
We'll start indoors with the essentials, composition, light, and how to stop your photos coming out blurry, using real example photos to make it all click.
Then we head out to the park if the weather allows (or indoor in our studio) to put it into practice. The photographer will set you some simple, fun challenges and give you feedback as you shoot, right there in the moment.
We'll wrap up together, looking back over a few of your shots and recapping the key tips to take home with you.
2 hours. All levels welcome. All cameras welcome.
Come curious, leave with photos you're proud of.
