Thanks for the 5k pancake race! Always humbling to race a 5k (especially after work) but loved the race and finished in just over 26mins. Grateful for the awesome company too!! ✅

Hello February! Last month I started the amazing Anatomy and Myofascial movement course with Gary Carter . The first weekend we looked at the history of anatomy (amazing to see some early images representing human anatomy) and discussed the osteofascia system- and how it responds to load to find balance and space. Next weekend we start weekend 2 and I’m so excited- I literally have not been able to look at my studio spine/ pelvis/ hip socket joint the same way!!! Any movement friends/teachers out there - there is still limited space to join us at the amazing studio in Leeds

Hello January 👋. Is it too late to say Happy New Year on Jan 18 🙈😂. So far this year, I have been loving my winter runs ❄️ and had a great one today around duddingston loch (still can’t figure out how to take a running selfie 🤳 any tips let me know).
Our group mat classes went back Jan 9th so great to see everyone back and moving! It’s been great to back with my 1-1 private clients as well-very exciting to set some new movement goals for this year 💪. Starting back to school this weekend 🤓 more details to follow soon.

Weekend adventures! Running to the centre of Scotland (according to this rock) with my dog! Can you guess where it is?

Amsterdam half marathon ✅
My pre race plans A and B didn’t work the way I was hoping, so I went with plan C- getting my butt over the finish line, getting a medal and a photo 🤳 I loved all of the cheesy euro pop! I am so grateful to my body for getting me around. And had an amazing meal with friends I have not seen in years ❤️ Onto the next challenge ahead!

Open water swim/run event done ✅ definitely out of my comfort zone today with swim but had a great day out (despite pouring rain) Thanks to all and all the lovely marshalls! Pondering what to sign up for next🤔
