We have been working on our endurance this week as we continue to forge a path to fitness!

Endurance, or the ability to continue for longer time-periods and distances, is the corner stone of any sport that requires continuous movement.

It can often feel like the most challenging of training types, but it is one of the most important and beneficial!

Endurance is paramount to high fitness levels🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️💨

Find us hammering the paddock at Inverleith Park, come and build your endurance. You will be amazed by how quick the progress can be.

As we edge closer and closer to our launch day at Inverleith Park, we will be giving out more information about memberships, timetables and more exciting features of our community.

Today is the day of timetables for our classes!

As you know, we launch on Inverleith park on the 3rd of June (Monday). On that day we also launch our brand new 12 week periodised programme which has been meticulously created to ensure rapid gains in fitness and strength.
