I had three goals when I signed up for my sessions with Jamie;
1.Be held accountable for actually coming to the gym: Jamie texts on the day is of session to confirm, no excuses! (But is flexible to rearrange to best suit a busy schedule)
2.Be more confident when in the gym/know what to do: Jamie made sure the sessions were varied to show me lots of different exercises for my level of fitness and strength and also kept key exercises the same to support my functional fitness and so I could actually see improvement week on week.
3. Enjoy exercising again: Jamie kept sessions fun and knew when to push me to challenge myself and when to adjust things when I was having just 'one of those days' so I still got the most out of the sessions.
For a beginner gym user, Jamie's sessions have been a great starting point and helped me to feel much more confident in the gym. Recommended!
