✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️So that concludes the Summer Beach Yoga for this year.
Thank you so much to everyone who joined me on the sand, thanks for your support and it was a pleasure to flow with you to the sound of the sea this summer. We had some beautiful sessions, being soothed and softened by the water, finding fluid movement and time to just be.
Here is to a summer full of Beach Yoga next year. I cannot wait!
