I love this community so much! I love teaching here! All our students are so kind, inquisitive, and trusting. Truly some beautiful, genuine moments shared in these walls and I feel so lucky to be able to share my classes 🪐

We do this thing in class where we turn our palms to face up in a pigeon to offer our intention to our neighbours as a sign to commit to community + NGL it’s my favourite sight.

Hi 👋

I thought it might be time to re-introduce myself, the last time I did this was 2022 and boy has life changed…

I’m a Yoga teacher & Head of Marketing currently living in Edinburgh, Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I moved here almost 2 and a half years ago. Almost immediately after moving, I found , started teaching for them, then managed one of the studios, pivoted into the marketing team, and now I lead it across all 7 of our studios in Edinburgh & London. 💓

I’ve been teaching Yoga for 7 years now & I did my original training with and some years later my 300hr with . Amongst these, I’ve explored my curiosity for Yoga for athletes, pregnancy, Mandala, Yin, anatomy, creative sequencing ETC!

I’m extremely passionate about bringing Yoga to busy western people and it gives me immense joy to see it soak into their lives. 🧠 I love to give 1-1 attention even in busy classes & help problem solve by body reading and holding space. I feel SO SO lucky to have a big community in my classes at Tribe who show each week.

📲Alongside studio, to keep up with my yogis across the globe I run weekly zoom Yoga sessions on Wednesday nights at 6pm. Many of the attendees have been part of the zoom crew since 2020!

Now my alter ego…I started in property marketing in Spain during my year abroad with my degree 🇪🇸(I studied Modern Languages & Cultures!) I since translated this into working within the wellbeing industry for , .co & my own OEK Yoga projects.

I’m obsessed with tech, smarter working processes and consumer psychology. Branding for me is EVERYTHING, internal and external and that has been my project for Tribe (& we’re only getting started).

BESIDES that, I love sport, exercise of any type, our dog Bonnie has the most friends in the world and I’m getting married this summer 💒

A special day attending Jodie’s first class after returning from 😍 I did my 300hr with Sudhir at Sthira & it’s been wonderful to see Jodie thriving after the 200hr.

If you come to my classes at Tribe you’ll always see Jodie manning the front desk Mon - Fri ✨ You can find her now teaching every Wednesday in May 2pm!

I’m so grateful to the amazing teachers & studio owners who took a chance on me when I was started out ( .yoga 🙏) so it feels epic to be able to return this through ’s Teacher Development scheme 💛

A quote I saw recently “if you want a village, you’ve got to be a villager” 📣 Trying to apply it wherever I can!

In just one year of taking on the marketing reins at Tribe we have opened 3 new studios! What a year!

I’m teaching my final class of 2025 in studio tomorrow at 9:30am, Quartermile ⭐️ After that, I’ll be back 6th Jan.

Class is full, I can’t believe how many people have practiced with me this year. Grateful grateful!
