What a powerful gathering yesterday—and what an honour it was to hold space for the incredible women who joined us to mark the Spring Equinox. Together, we said goodbye to the darkness and welcomed in the light. From the very first moments of our opening circle, as we sipped cacao and shared our truths—speaking honestly about feeling tired, overwhelmed, and so ready to receive nourishment and healing—I knew something special was about to unfold. Through yin, yoga nidra, and sound healing, a quiet kind of magic emerged. By the end of our half-day retreat, words felt almost unnecessary. We were left in a shared stillness, each of us feeling something deeply shifted, held, and restored. Thank you to every woman who showed up with openness and courage—you made it what it was 🤍 leighlitterick and I are so excited to share that our Autumn Embrace half-day retreat will be held on Sunday 18th September, from 10am–2pm. As we transition into a new season, this will be a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a nurturing and supportive space. I am now a STOTT Pilates trained teacher! 🥳

Adding another string to my bow, I’m so excited for what’s next and where I can take this new knowledge, I learnt so much on this mat intensive 8 day training course, my brain was full on the daily, but I couldn’t have chosen a better place to do it, I was so impressed with Rachel and her team and the STOTT Pilates education.

The women I met on this course were equally wonderful, kind, supportive lovely souls 🥰
