I’m friends with some of the girls that work at TRIB3, so I decided to join and give it a go as it’s something completely different for me!

Lauren-
Alix encouraged me to join tribe as I’d never been to a gym class before 🤣

Aimee-
Alix and one of the coaches Sophia had told me lots about it and how it’s such a good vibe and you feel super comfortable, so I wanted to try it out

Our Christmas themed class is FREE for everyone, on one condition.. a donation for Social Bite]] is your ticket in!

We are all so lucky here at TRIB3 and we wanted to give something back this Christmas. All donations will be taken to Social Bite’s Tree of Kindness in St Andrews Square. 🎄

Social Bite]] is a major employer for people experiencing homelessness and the largest provider of free freshly made food in the UK to those in need. Every Christmas Day they open their doors to those in need and provide them with a homemade Christmas dinner and presents.

Please see our story highlight with acceptable donations for adults and children, anything not on this list we unfortunately won’t be able to accept.
Please add a label to your gift so we know what is inside and our front of house team will be happy to wrap any donations if you are short of time 🎁
