Last night, at our usual Tuesday 7:30pm class, we had something to celebrate as one of our regular students gained her first belt in Ashihara Kickboxing. Helen has been coming to the class for around a year and a half and has worked hard to gain her white with red stripe belt. In her time at the class, her stamina and fitness has improved a great deal and she is very much looking forward to working hard towards her next belt. Well done Helen!

We had a visitor to our class this Saturday, Steffan has studied various martial arts and, while visiting his brother who attends class and helps out in instructing alongside Metin, Steffan showed us some of his skills on the punchbag. Osu!
