💛 When fear shows up, we can teach the body how to calm down.
Fear is a normal emotion for children.
Fear of the dark, school, making mistakes, or being alone… 🌙📚
With EFT (gentle tapping on the body), children can learn to calm their body and mind in a simple and safe way.
🌈 Simple EFT sequence for FEAR (1 sentence per point):
✋ 1. Side of the hand (Karate Chop)
“Even though I feel scared, I am safe.”
👆 2. Top of the head
“I can breathe and calm down.”
👁️ 3. Eyebrow
“It’s okay now.”
👀 4. Side of the eye
“My body is calm.”
👃 5. Under the eye
“I am brave.”
🤍 Final sentence (on the chest or with a deep breath):
“I can stay calm.”
🧘♀️ How to do it:
• Gently tap each point (5–7 taps)
• Say the sentence out loud or quietly
• Take a deep breath at the end
• Repeat if needed
