Worried about what AI could mean for your career? Or the future of the team you lead? 😬

You might want to see these predictions…

According to the World Economic Forum, by 2030:

📉 92 MILLION jobs could be displaced
📈 170 MILLION new jobs could be created
🔄 39% of workplace skills could change

And that’s only FOUR years away!

But here’s the interesting bit…

Whilst technology is transforming the workplace, skills like emotional intelligence, creativity, adaptability and leadership are becoming increasingly important.

It’s not just about whether your job will still exist. It’s about how prepared you are for what’s coming.

If you’re unsure what these changes could mean for your career or the people you lead, career and leadership coaching can help you explore your options and navigate the uncertainty.

Funny how we can justify spending money on all sorts of things, but when it comes to investing in ourselves, we suddenly have a hundred reasons not to. 😂

💭 “Maybe things will get better.”
💭 “I should be able to figure this out myself.”
💭 “I’ll do something about it when work calms down.”

But here’s something worth thinking about…

How much is it costing you to stay where you are?

In confidence, energy, motivation and actually enjoying what you do?

Career & Leadership Coaching isn’t about someone telling you what to do. It’s about giving yourself the space, support and challenge to work out what you really want and how to move towards it.

And that doesn’t necessarily mean changing jobs!

💛 If you’ve been thinking about investing in yourself and your career, I’d love to have a chat.

You can be good at your job, earn a decent salary, have lovely colleagues and STILL feel absolutely miserable on a Sunday evening at the thought of going back to work on Monday. 😔

And the frustrating thing? You might not even know WHY you feel like that.

Here’s something I think more people need to understand about career fulfilment…

It’s not just about WHAT you do. It’s also about WHO you work with, HOW you work, what matters to you and whether your work fits the life you actually want.

💡 So, before you decide you need a completely new career, ask yourself:

👉 Is it the work itself that’s making me unhappy, or the environment I’m doing it in?

👉 What am I missing that would make my working life more enjoyable?

👉 If I could change three things about my current situation, what would they be?

Because sometimes the answer is a new career. Sometimes it’s a different role, organisation or way of working.

And sometimes it’s about understanding yourself better and making changes you hadn’t even considered.

❤️ You spend far too much of your life working to feel miserable doing it.

If any of this sounds familiar, I’d love to help you work out what comes next.

I currently have availability for new 1:1 career coaching clients. Send me a DM or book a free Discovery Call through the link in my bio. 😊

📩 And if someone you know is dreading Monday mornings, send this their way.

One of the biggest mistakes you can make when you’re unhappy at work is becoming so focused on getting OUT that you don’t spend enough time working out what you actually want to move TOWARDS.

Because “I need a new job” isn’t actually a career plan.

And neither is:

“I just need a better manager.”

“I need something less stressful.”

“I’ll look for the same role somewhere else.”

“I think I need a complete career change.”

They might all turn out to be true. But before making a big decision, it’s worth understanding what’s actually making you unhappy in the first place.

Otherwise, you can put a huge amount of energy into changing jobs, only to discover six months later that the thing that wasn’t working… still isn’t working.

And this is why career change doesn’t always mean completely changing career.

Sometimes the answer is a different role.
Sometimes it’s a different environment or culture.
Sometimes it’s changing how you work or what you prioritise.
Sometimes it is a completely new direction.
And sometimes you realise you don’t actually need to leave at all.

The important bit is getting clear on what you want to be different before deciding what needs to change.

💾 Save this for the next time you find yourself thinking, “I can’t keep doing this.”

📩 And send it to someone who’s currently wondering what on earth they should do next with their career.

And if you’d like some support working out your next step, I have limited spaces available for 1:1 career coaching. Send me a DM and we can have a chat.

Ever felt like your confidence is quietly slipping, even though you’re achieving more than ever?

This is one of the most common things I see in my coaching work with senior professionals and leaders. And the really fascinating thing is that the people most affected are often the ones who look the most confident from the outside.

They’re hitting their targets, managing their teams, keeping up appearances. But privately they’re questioning themselves, losing their spark and wondering if they’re still good enough.

The good news? Awareness is everything. And once you name it, you can start to change it.

I talked all about this with Lucinda Carney on the HR Uprising Podcast. Does any of this resonate with you? I’d love to know in the comments 👇
